Is there anything specific that can be improved upon? While using the internet application for selecting music, it would redirect to iTunes, despite Ken's preference to Amazon.com. This caused mild confusion.
Additional comments or suggestions? To a person interviewing Ken, Do your part of the work and know your audience. Be diligent about getting all of the information he needs to successfully entertain your guests including an accurate time line. Be very clear on what you want. Ken's suggestions along the way were always the best ones. Ken was very well received and liked by our guests who were mostly in their 30s and 60s. I absolutely appreciated how well Ken communicated with us before the wedding. There was never a time I felt the need to hunt him down regarding a detail. I would absolutely hire Ken again.
